Cart Craze - Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Cart Craze. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within [1 to 2 / 24-48 hours] business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or SMS.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within [3 to 7] business days.

  • Shipping Cost:

    • [Option A]: Free shipping on all orders across India.

    • [Option B]: Free shipping on orders above ₹[Eg: 499], and a flat shipping fee of ₹[Eg: 50] for orders below that.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most PINCODES in India.

  • [Optional]: A nominal COD handling fee of ₹[Eg: 30] may apply to COD orders to cover additional courier charges. This will be visible at checkout.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and SMS containing your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of dispatch. You can track your order directly on our website or through our courier partner's tracking page.

5. Damages & Wrong Items

  • Cart Craze is responsible for delivering your products safely. If you receive your order damaged, broken, or if the wrong item is delivered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and share a clear video/photo of the unboxing or the damaged product with our support team to claim a free replacement or refund.

6. Incorrect Address / Undelivered Orders

  • Please ensure your shipping address, pincode, and phone number are 100% correct before placing an order.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because the customer was unreachable after multiple delivery attempts, we will contact you for a re-delivery. (Additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipping).
