Cart Craze - Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Cart Craze! We want to ensure you have a great shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Window

  • You have [7 days / 15 days] from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for your item.

  • Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be eligible for a return or refund.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

  • You must have the receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers), custom products (personalized items), personal care goods (beauty products, innerwear), and items bought during a Clearance Sale.

3. How to Initiate a Return?

  1. Contact our support team at support@cartcraze.com or WhatsApp us at [7838674176] with your Order ID and photos of the product.

  2. Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup [OR: you will need to ship the product back to our warehouse address].

4. Refunds Process

  • Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it. We will notify you via email/SMS regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved: The refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking) within [5 to 7] working days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds for COD orders will be credited to your bank account or via UPI link, which will be collected securely at the time of return approval.

5. Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size/product was sent by mistake. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please drop us an email at [support@cartcraze.com].

6. Shipping Costs

  • [Option A - Free Returns]: We offer free reverse pickup for damaged or incorrect items.

  • [Option B - Customer Pays]: Shipping costs for returning your item for personal reasons (e.g., changed your mind, wrong size ordered by mistake) are non-refundable and will be borne by the customer.
